Yes, our systems are encrypted. You will need the ionCube Loader installed on your server in order to use our systems.
How can I request for a refund?
If your purchase is within 30 days, simply send us an email to info@stockboxstudio.com or create new ticket in the Help Desk for a full refund. After 30 days the sale is final, no refund will be made.
Can I get a refund for the System Installation & Configuration Service?
You must request a refund before we perform the works. Once our service on your server is started no refund will be made.
Do I need to purchase Annual Support for new system purchase?
No, any new Stockbox Studio - Cart System purchase will come with one year free support so you DO NOT need to purchase Annual Support for your new purchase.
What server Requirements to run the Stockbox Studio System?
PHP 7.2, 7.3, 7.4
MySQL 5.6 or later with FULLTEXT support, 5.7 is preferred

Enter the URL to this new folder e.g. http://www.domain-name/path-to-this-new-folder/first-level/second-level
If you see "It works!" text then it's likely your server supports mod_rewrite

Where is the download link after I purchase the system?
Once you complete the purchase
Login our Help Desk using the "Help Desk" link in the top menu icons
Press Subscription Menu Link
The download icon is located below your new system purchase. Note: you will need a License Key for your domain where you will install the system. Using the Generate License Key to get your license key for your domain.
Where should I get License Key for my domain?
You should able to get a License Key for your new purchase in our Help Desk. Once the License Key is issued you will not able to re-generate a new one. If you want to change your domain name and need a new License Key please create new ticket in the Help Desk to request it.
To generate License Key for your new purchase
Login Help Desk using the Help Desk link above
Press on the Subscription Link in the menu functions
Enter the domain name where you will install the purchased system without (http:// or https://)
Press Get License Key button
System will generate a License Key for the entered domain and it will list in your Subscription page
Will you charge for a new License Key if I change my domain name?
No, simply create a new ticket to request new license key for your new domain
Once the new License Key is issued kindly delete Stockbox Studio System from your old domain server
How is the installation process?
The installation process is simple. There are just a few steps to complete the setup. Please check System requirements above and have your server ready before the setup. The Installation Guide is in our Help Desk under FAQ link. You can take a quick look at it to learn more how the installation process works. Below are a few things that need to be done for the installation
Download the Zip Package in Our Help Desk
Get License Key for your domain
Unzip the download zip package
FTP unzipped files using Binary Mode to your server where you will install the system
Enter the URL to where you upload the files, example http:://www.your-domain.com/ (assume you upload zip package to your home directory)
If the link is correct you would see the setup page
Follow a few simple steps to complete the setup. However we provide the setup service if you would like us to setup the system for you. Please purchase the System Installation & Configuration item in the Products page.
